Common Questions
- Generation stuck on “processing”? Generations usually finish within moments, but a busy queue can take a little longer. Keep the app open and check History — your art will appear there when it completes.
- A generation failed? Failed jobs are marked in History. Try again with the same or a different photo — clear, well-lit portrait photos work best.
- Where are my finished images? Every creation is kept in History inside the app. Open one full screen to save it to Photos or share it.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage, change, or cancel at any time.
- How is my photo handled? Your photo is used only to create your art and is not stored in any account. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
