Pentarab built the FocusMind app with a free tier, an optional auto-renewing subscription, and a non-consumable Lifetime in-app purchase that unlock premium features. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how your privacy is protected.

Your tasks, focus session data, and settings stay on your device. The content you create in FocusMind is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

We believe your productivity data is deeply personal, so your actual content never leaves your device. To improve the app, FocusMind does collect pseudonymous usage analytics (described in the Analytics section below). This is not used to track you and is not linked to your personal identity.

The app stores the following information locally on your device:

• Task backlog items (titles, descriptions, time estimates)
• Focus session data (session plans and completion status)
• Task completion statistics and productivity metrics
• App settings and preferences

All this data is stored using iOS secure storage and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.

Premium features are unlocked through an auto-renewing subscription or a non-consumable Lifetime in-app purchase offered via the Apple App Store. All payments and billing are processed by Apple — Pentarab does not receive or store your payment card details, Apple ID, or billing address.

To validate your purchase and subscription status, the app communicates with Apple's StoreKit and may use Apple's receipt verification services. We may receive an anonymous transaction identifier from Apple solely to confirm entitlement; this identifier is not linked to your personal identity.

To understand how the app is used and to improve it, FocusMind uses Google Firebase Analytics. This collects pseudonymous usage data — such as which screens you view and which features you use — along with a device-level identifier (a Firebase app-instance ID).

This data is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites, is not linked to your personal identity, and is not shared with data brokers. FocusMind does not collect the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), so no tracking prompt is shown. Analytics is processed by Google — see Google's Privacy Policy.

Aside from Google Firebase Analytics (described above), FocusMind does not use any third-party advertising services or external SDKs that collect your personal content. Subscription processing is handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy.

You have complete control over your data:

• Your tasks, sessions, and settings stay on your device
• You can delete individual tasks and sessions in the app
• Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data permanently
• No content backup or cloud sync means no content recovery after deletion

Your tasks and focus session content are stored locally on your device, so your data security depends in large part on your device's security. We recommend:

• Keeping your device password-protected
• Using iOS security features like Face ID or Touch ID
• Keeping your iOS updated with the latest security patches

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
