Pentarab built the FocusMind app with a free tier and optional auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases that unlock premium features. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how your privacy is protected.

FocusMind does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All your tasks, focus session data, settings, and usage information are stored only on your device and never leave it.

We believe your productivity data is deeply personal. That's why we designed FocusMind to work entirely on your device without requiring internet connectivity or external data storage.

The app stores the following information locally on your device:

• Task backlog items (titles, descriptions, time estimates)
• Focus session data (session plans and completion status)
• Task completion statistics and productivity metrics
• App settings and preferences

All this data is stored using iOS secure storage and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.

Premium features are unlocked through auto-renewing subscriptions and non-consumable one-time in-app purchases offered via the Apple App Store. All payments and billing are processed by Apple — Pentarab does not receive or store your payment card details, Apple ID, or billing address.

To validate your purchase and subscription status, the app communicates with Apple's StoreKit and may use Apple's receipt verification services. We may receive an anonymous transaction identifier from Apple solely to confirm entitlement; this identifier is not linked to your personal identity.

FocusMind does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services. We do not integrate with any external SDKs that collect user data. Subscription processing is handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy.

You have complete control over your data:

• All data stays on your device
• You can delete individual tasks and sessions in the app
• Uninstalling the app removes all data permanently
• No data backup or cloud sync means no data recovery after deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted over the internet, your data security depends on your device's security. We recommend:

• Keeping your device password-protected
• Using iOS security features like Face ID or Touch ID
• Keeping your iOS updated with the latest security patches
